Job Description: We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and content creation with experience managing and growing social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram TikTok and YouTube. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content managing our social media accounts and driving growth and engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across Instagram TikTok and YouTube. Create highquality engaging content for all social media platforms including photos videos (where possible) and graphics.
Manage and monitor social media accounts including scheduling posts responding to comments and messages and engaging with followers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy and content.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for Instagram TikTok and YouTube.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
Knowledge of social media design tools like Canva and PhotoShop
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
