Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content across diverse platforms to foster audience interaction.
- Maintain and execute a comprehensive social media calendar for consistent posting schedules and strategic content planning.
- Monitor optimize and manage company profiles to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and community standards.
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments messages and usergenerated content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI coming through Social Media.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rate conversion rate follower growth reach impressions content performance and customer sentiment.
