Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We seek a strategic and creative content creator who will serve as the face front of the foundation. The content creator will act as the primary point of contact in Ghana and will be responsible for the creation and capturing of content works and showcasing them on the various social platforms.
The content creator will seek to project the image and mission goals of the foundation and also develop marketing strategies to attract audiences and execute project campaigns.
RESPONSIBILTY
1. Develop and create high and appealing contents to the various Social Media platforms.
2. Be able to maintain and manage the social media presence of the foundation.
3. Be able to showcase and capture meaningful contents from the agency unto the various Social platforms
4. Monitor social media channels for industry trends. Interact with users and respond to social media messages inquiries and comments.
5. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
6. Be a communication bridge between the local Foundation and the International Agency
7. Be able to write or come up with interesting but impactful storylines for the foundation.
9. Be able to plan marketing strategies and promote and execute campaign deals on the various Social Media platforms.
Requirements
Qualification
- HND or Bachelor s Degree in Communication Journalism or related field
- Proficient in the use of the various Social Media platform
- Must be able to design websites graphic design and videos to create ads and amazing content and pages
- Have a creative mindset
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have a keen awareness of the various socials and its trends.
- Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a social manager or content creator.
- Posses exceptional videography and photography skills
- Have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.
- Computer Proficiency.
