Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Act as an overall leader orchestrating daytoday operations to ensure seamless functioning.
Motivate and inspire both clients and internal teams to consistently deliver exceptional results.
2. Brand Stewardship:
Serve as the gatekeeper of brand equity ensuring the highest quality of work before it leaves the agency.
Manage the overall clients business guaranteeing the delivery of value to the client daily.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Navigate a portfolio of brands within a larger conglomerate displaying deep knowledge of the clients business campaign performance competitive landscape and product cycles.
Proactively understand the clients business beyond campaigns identifying and addressing their needs.
4. Sales and Growth:
Proactively identify opportunities to up sell incremental campaigns to clients focusing on efficient returns and delivering bestinclass work to drive client business growth.
5. Digital Expertise:
Possess a strong foundational knowledge of creative and media across major digital and social channels.
Stay wellversed in common marketing and media principles demonstrating a deep understanding of social media platforms and their ecosystems.
Mandatory: Previous experience working in an Advertising (67years Mandatory Requirement).
