Position: SOC Supervisor

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Security Operations Center

Requirements:

• Indepth knowledge of cybersecurity principles practices and technologies.

• Strong understanding of incident response threat intelligence and security best practices.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or GIAC are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor security analysts offering guidance support and technical expertise.

• Cultivate a collaborative and proactive team culture to boost SOC effectiveness.

• Develop and execute incident response procedures for swift and effective security incident resolution.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for unified and prompt incident response.

• Oversee security alert monitoring for timely identification and response to potential threats.

• Analyze security data to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and threats.

• Manage and optimize SOC security tools for maximum effectiveness.
• Conduct regular skill assessments and implement targeted training programs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes and incidents.

• Generate and present regular reports on SOC performance and incident response metrics.

• Collaborate with external partners vendors and law enforcement for threat intelligence sharing and incident resolution.
