Compensation & Benefits
Primary Responsibilities: -
- Evaluate existing compensation and benefits programs,policies, and procedures.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (minimum wages, pay equity, etc).
- Conduct, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Conduct benchmarking surveys to understand best practices and emerging competitive trends related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Use various methods and techniques to make data-based decisions on direct financial,indirect financial compensations.
- Research & identify third-party services / administrators offering best options & value.
- Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package.
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits & reward databases and update employee payroll records.
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned compensation, benefits & reward processes.
- Monitor, evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiency & effectiveness in the area of Service Delivery.
- Conduct periodic self-audits.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Manage daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Support HR team members in the area of recruitment and talent management and other HR related activities.
- Extend support and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with both internal and external customers.
Payroll Management
Strong Knowledge in: -
Attendance Management
- Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of attendance
process & Leave Management.
Payroll process
- To assist timely processing & payout of Bonus, Variable Pay, Incentives & Service Bonus.
- Preparing & upkeep of salary register.
- Ensure timely statutory remittance like PT, PF, ESIC etc.,
- Process monthly salary deductions as applicable.
- Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to F&F settlement.
Other Activities
- Assisting for Manpower Budget planning.
- Verification of third-party payroll process & statutory requirements
- Co-ordinating for Internal & External audits
- Generating various Payroll related reports & MIS.
Education: Post Graduation in HR / Finance / Business Administration
Years of Experience: 10-12 Years in Compensation & Benefits Management.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
