Role making RFP tender docs bid docs uploading bid on gem mpetender evaluating bids awarding bids procurement of goods and services as per procurement rules Conceptualizing and writing grant proposals as per schemes of different department coordinating with Dept and ministries liaising implementation of projects sanctioned coordinating with team monitoring and supervision reporting budget making etc
Skill set knowledge of procurement rules and policy of state government CVC guidelines expert knowledge of RFP and tender making well versed with MPetender and GEM etc capable of independently uploading tender on gem mpetender and other procurement portal capable of independently evaluating bud proficient in Ms office word excel etc excellent proposal writing and team management scheme knowledge of government schemes excellent knowledge of MS word excel ppt MIS management team management and leadership knowledge of CSR etc
