Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Windsor ON
Salary: $50000 $65000
Shifts: Rotations Days 6am6pm (SundayWed) or (WedSat) every other week

Job Description:

• Lead manage and perform active supervision.
• Able to work in a fast paced high stress environment.
• Ensure team members clean all plant janitorial areas and paint shop areas including paint booths surrounding processes washroom office cubicles meeting areas and locker rooms.
• Manage customer expectations and be KPI focused.
• Assess and maintain high standards of work quality.
• Ensure scheduling of all work is completed and monitored.
• Maintaining a schedule of safety training for all employees
• Complete daily and weekly reports including payroll.
• Knowledge of proper lockout and confined space requirements and procedures
• Represent in a professional manner with documentation communication.
• Comfortable in attending weekly customer meetings.
• Understand and utilize cost savings.
• Always promote and enforce the company’s safety mantra.
• Perform other duties as required.
