Were currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at a renowned client in the construction industry. Our client is a leader in construction and theyre seeking a resultsoriented leader to oversee the daytoday operations of their construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans specifications and budgets.
  

• Lead and motivate a team of construction workers subcontractors and foremen.
  

• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce all safety regulations on the job site.
  

• Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  

• Coordinate with project managers architects engineers and inspectors.
  

• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation including daily logs progress reports and quality control records.
  

• Identify and resolve construction problems proactively.
  

• Ensure a clean organized and efficient work environment.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent.
  

• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  

• Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and safety procedures.
  

• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
  

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  

• Proficiency in construction management software
  

• A valid drivers license.
  

• Completed projects from start to finish.
  

• OSHA certification is a plus.
