Regate is a SaaS in Finance Automation that enables companies to automate their financial management and drive their business all from the same platform.
Designed as a collaborative cockpit Regate saves finance departments and their accountants precious time by automating timeconsuming manual tasks and centralizing information.
Launched in 2020 by two cofounders Alexis Renard and Laura Pallier Regate is now experiencing a very strong growth. Now with a team of 150 employees and financed by several international funds (27M raised including 20M in Series A) Regate is looking for ambitious profiles to support its acceleration. .

Job Description
You will join and build our SRE department. So far Valentin is the only one SRE within Regate. Together you will stregthen our infrastructure and scalability and laying the foundation for our team.
Your role would be focused on :
Run and help developers run our infrastructure with Terraform Kubernetes Docker and all tools already listedBuild our observability stack and help all engineers use it properlyCraft and improve operational processesDebug production issues with other engineersContinuously improve developers experience with faster and better tooling lightweight processesBe an evangelist on security best practices around code and infrastructureProduce state of the art infrastructure as codeThink about systems: edge cases failure modes behaviors specific implementation

We are organised into a scrumlike organisation (2 weeks sprints) with 7 features squads including software engineers and PO. We work also with some QA engineers to run the tests beside the software engineers.

What we are looking for
Prior
- More than 5 years working with cloud providers like GCP or AWS provisioning infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform
- Already worked on web services or web applications with high scale constraints and/or 24/7 service levels
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes at least as a power user of a managed Kubernetes solution
- Daily user of containerisation systems
- Fluent in multiple development languages can work in a Ruby on Rails environment
- At ease with relational databases and SQL
