Our client is a topnotch knowledge sharing platform in Asia who is looking for a talent to join their firm:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies that surpass established sales objectives.

  • Identify investigate and approach potential clients within the Private Equity Hedge Fund Management Consulting and corporate sectors.

  • Foster relationships with both potential and existing clients to secure repeated business.

  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiations ultimately resulting in successful deal closures.

  • Collaborate with various teams spanning from client activation to operations to guarantee the delivery of topnotch services to clients.

  • Regularly report on sales activities expenses and revenue. Analyze these reports to uncover insights and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead and coach team members ensuring the accomplishment of team key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the learning and development of team members maintaining a high level of motivation.



Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or a relevant field is required.

  • A minimum of 35 years of substantial experience in B2B field sales preferably in the management consulting or investment sector.

  • Capability and willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.

  • During the probation period ideally working in the Vietnam office to ensure team engagement.

  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • High level of critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
