Siebel Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Siebel CRM development and customization.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools including Siebel Configuration Scripting Workflow and EAI.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI and/or Siebel IP 2016 or later versions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture data model and integration mechanisms.
• Handson experience with SQL PL/SQL and database concepts (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Siebel Certification(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop test and deploy Siebel CRM solutions in accordance with business requirements.
• Customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools including configuring applets views business components workflows and scripts.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Siebel CRM and other systems using EAI components such as EIM EBC and Web Services.
• Perform Siebel application upgrades patches and maintenance tasks as required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siebel CRM applications including identifying and resolving system issues.
• Document technical specifications design documents and deployment procedures.
• Stay updated with Siebel CRM latest features tools and technologies to continuously improve system performance and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
