Shipping Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for shipping projects including order processing preparing shipping documents invoices purchase orders and import/export documents.
• Schedule and coordinate all administrative and logistical matters related to shipping.
• Handle quotes from prospective shippers and manage claims with insurance companies in case of shipment problems.
• Generate invoices delivery orders and shipping documentation including Certificate of Origin/Beneficiary’s certificate & LC documents.
• Ensure smooth shipment and timely cargo collection by coordinating with relevant parties.
• Liaise with forwarders and suppliers for import/direct shipment arrangements.
• Follow up on export shipment documentation customer payments and release credit limit blocks.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle permit declaration via TradeNet.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping.
• Preferably experienced in import/export TradeNet and knowledge of customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit processes.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
