Responsibilities:

  • Assess METCs current SP framework for consistency permissions and security.
  • Provide feedback on critical SP issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist existing SP staff with overflow day to day work and spend time on sophisticated issues.
  • SharePoint page design knowledge to upgrade existing SP sites. Ability to show existing staff SP flow and options on their SP sites.
  • Experience with developing and implementing strategies for improving SharePoint search results (i.e. Microsoft Search vs. Search Centers Custom Search Verticals Content Type filters etc.)
  • Experience evaluating complex permissions structures in M365 and offering ideas to improve assignment of administrative permissions by function
  • SharePoint page design knowledge to upgrade existing SP landing pages
  • Knowledge of Modern SP implementation and migration strategies.
  • Work with Enterprise Content Management Team to streamline data management processes and procedures.
