Work closely with product owners to deliver highquality solutions that meet user needs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance application development and deployment processes. Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while improving existing ones. Foster knowledgesharing within the team and facilitate individual team member development. Conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Interact crossfunctionally to coordinate efforts across the organization voluntarily sharing information.
