Job Description

- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- Evaluation of new features within ServiceNow.
- Should be able to execute discovery identify mappings and perform data cleanup whenever required
- Should be able to troubleshoot Discovered data and identify missing services and mappings
- Experience in API integrations with other systems.
- Experience with Integration HUB.
- Experience in creating Technical Documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical skills.
- Ability and willingness to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as gel along with other team members.
- Experience with the development and maintenance in the following ServiceNow applications:
- IT Service Management (ITSM).
- IT Operations Management (ITOM).
