Shift Timing (IST) 11:00 AM 08:30 PM
Engagement & Overview 4 to 6 years combined Strong development experience in ServiceNow and .net with Full Stack abilities ( DevOps Cloud)
Primary Responsibilities 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in administrating and supporting ServiceNow.
Should be selfdriven good communicator and a team player.
Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis application design code development and testing.
Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and stakeholders.
Design reusable components frameworks and libraries.
Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions.
Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprint.
Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance.
Troubleshoot production support issues post deployment and produce solutions as required.
Mentor and guide other software engineers within the team.
Must Have Skills
Having 4to 6 years of experience on different platforms like ServiceNow HTML JavaScript jQuery SQL UI & CSS.
Should have strong knowledge on client / serverside scripting Service Portal UI Reporting ACLs Mid server setup APIs integration and connection with other databases.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and good understanding of ITSM modules (Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management Product Catalog etc).
Advanced problemsolving ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Web development tools and techniques like .NET and AJAX
Having 2 years of experience on continuous integration continuous delivery.
Having 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies.

This role analyzes designs and implements strategies for continuous deployments while ensuring high availability on production and preproduction systems.
