Job SummaryCMDB Lead / Manager to administer develop enhance all aspects of CMDB.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Establish Governance for ServiceNow CMDB.
2. Responsible to manage CIs and their attributes relationships and accuracy.
3. Design and implenent CMDB to align to customers roadmap including but not limited to creating new CMDB classes altering CMDB data model integrating CMDB with one or multiple Discovery sources defining reconciliation rule etc.
4. Set up data quality and security controls as necessary.
5. Support CMDB users and consumers
6. Remediate issues with CDMB and align it to ServiceNow best practices.
