The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to augment our dynamic team. This role offers the unique chance to work at the cutting edge of safety technologies providing essential installation maintenance and troubleshooting services across our stateoftheart safety systems portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced fire detection gas detection and other safety systems.
• Conduct programming configurations and commissioning of new and existing systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with modifications diagnosing errors and performing mandatory inspections on existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards during onsite service tasks.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background in building installation or service engineering.
• A passion for learning and working with safety systems technologies.
• An adaptable positive and proactive approach to work.
• The ability to work independently with a high degree of discipline while also offering consultative and customeroriented service.
• Attention to quality with the capacity to make autonomous decisions.
• Excellent command of English with effective communication skills.
• A valid driving license (Class 5).
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident
