Position:

Service Desk Tool Developer

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing user needs related to EP service management tool.
• Proposing solutions and making estimations
• Configuring the tool and updating existing configurations as required
• Developing and testing new features
• Providing support to users of the tool
• Maintaining existing base line
• Creating new reports according to business needs
• Configuring and running reports
• Updating existing reports

General

• Highly autonomous

• Highly analytical and able to solve problems.
• Analysis and technical skills
• Very good skills in all of the MS Office applications
• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certified (or where absent the certification must be passed within 3 months after the start of the contract)
• ServiceNow certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the development of ServiceNow

Language and communication skills:

• Fluent (level C1 at least) in both English/French both written and oral
• Very good communication skills

Location

Brussels or Luxembourg (mostly onsite)
