SEO Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated SEO Outreach Specialist to join our team at ClickTraces. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles, techniques, and tools, and is eager to learn and grow in this field. You will be expected to utilize your knowledge and experience to help our clients increase their online visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant, create topic cluster and integrate them strategically into website content.
• Outreach website owners to build backlinks for clients and must have working experience with HARO, SourceBottle etc
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to ensure they are search engine friendly and aligned with targeted keywords.
• Conduct technical website audits to identify and resolve issues that may affect search engine crawling and indexing.
• Monitor and analyze the website's backlink profile, identifying opportunities for link building and outreach to improve domain authority.
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting SEO strategies accordingly.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our SEO and web performance efforts.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance, website traffic, and key metrics, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Experience with using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, and SEMRush

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Preferred) in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SEO Outreach Specialist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Web Performance Specialist, or a similar role with the US market, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and website optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with keyword research tools, backlink analysis tools, and SEO auditing tools.
• Technical skills to work with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS for on-page optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple SEO and web performance projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
