Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic across B2B brands.
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content development that align with business goals.
- Optimize website elements including content meta tags and HTML structure to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into content creation contributing to the overall content strategy with a focus on SEO performance.
- Use analytics tools to track analyze and report on SEO performance metrics making datadriven decisions to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.
- Facilitate SEO training sessions for the content team to enhance their understanding of SEO best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to content creation.
- Assist in managing the content calendar ensuring that SEO considerations are prioritized in content planning and execution.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure that SEO strategies align with broader marketing objectives and contribute to lead generation efforts.
Education/Experience
Skill Requirements:
Candidate must have a working knowledge of::
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Proficient in the use of SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console).
- Solid understanding of Onpage and Offpage SEO principles and the ability to apply these in a B2B market context.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with content creators marketing teams and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies and report on SEO performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in SEO and content creation or management in a B2B context with a track record of enhancing brand visibility and engagement in business markets.
