About the Role:
The Lead/Senior UI/UX Designer role at Realoq is a strategic and influential position inviting an experienced design professional to take the helm in shaping exceptional user experiences. As a key contributor you will lead the charge in usercentric design seamlessly blending user research information architecture and interaction design to create visually captivating digital interfaces.
Qualifications:
- 715 years experience in UI and UX design (both skills required).
- Graduation/Post Graduation in UI/UX or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar
- Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes for web and mobile including knowledge of Material Design and the Apple Human interface guidelines.
- Have significant experience designing for web or mobile applications (iOS & Android) or both and be familiar with the technology behind the design such as HTML and CSS
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent English skills both written and verbal are compulsory) including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at various levels of our organization.
- Proven team player with an international mindset. Highly selfmotivated and selfmanaged individual not afraid to do the heavy lifting.
- Experience working with a design system is a plus
- Experience designing for enterprise software or B2B products is a plus
- Experience designing components for React & React native apps is a plus
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with product owners and developers to anticipate customer needs and define user stories
- Develop wireframes user flows and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Design and create highfidelity mockups and visual designs for desktop and mobile applications that empower users
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers and product managers to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and meet customer needs
- Stay uptodate with emerging design trends tools and technologies to continue empowering users
