JOB DESCRIPTION: You will drive critical efforts to deliver against headcount goals technical requirements sophisticated roadmaps partnering with various peer groups and hiring managers to effectively leverage process programs strategic sourcing and technology to drive improvement and efficiency.

About the role:

  • Using your strong inhouse technical recruiting skills to find outstanding talent to help craft and scale engineering teams.
  • Measuring and tracking performance against headcount targets and provide guidance to the monthly/quarterly hiring forecast.
  • Develop and implement sourcing channels to support our hiring needs while ensuring a balance of diversity throughout our candidate pools.
  • Using market data and insights in order to have empowered conversations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years experience required in technical recruiting specifically Security and Engineering for all levels of an organisation including at least 5 years of inhouse experience.
  • 5 years experience crafting sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs including developing a sourcing strategy to support diverse hiring needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Shown to handle conflicting priorities while being very adaptable agile and flexible.
  • Detail oriented ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlineoriented projects is essential.

  • Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and diverse pool of candidates.
  • Confirmed experience partnering and building positive relationships with clients stakeholders and team members.
  • Analytic skills with the ability to report on workflow and metrics.
  • Innovative creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication highly organized with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Skilled in negotiation judgment decisionmaking and the ability to influence.
  • Takes initiative is proactive with strong follow through and client service.
  • Selfmotivated driven gogetter mentality.
  • Selfsufficient and able to work with ambiguity.
