Job Description: Organization Change Lead Remote work available.

Contingency Role Purpose: Client is currently delivering a large complex project (Project Sherpa) which will replace our existing EHS&S technology with a modern SaaS capability. This initiative will be rolled out to all Client sites so it is critical that we have the proper organization change management knowledge and support. We have tried to fill this from the team but this has not been possible because of capacity and knowledge gaps in this type of planning.

The Role (not limited to):

• 35 years experience leading organizational change (comms and training) for large projects.
• Accountable for the coordination of all OCM activities (Training Comms Pilot business readiness and full role out)
• Ensure the project team are delivering the right messages and build comms materials.
• Support the Client employee through training activities.
• Ensure no gaps in our stakeholder engagements.
• Plan the Pilot roll out and full role out of the applications to sites.
