Scope:
We are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist for our well known manufacturing client based in Lahore Pakistan. This position is based in their head office.
Job Duties:
- Spearhead talent acquisition strategies to attract toptier candidates
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs
- Drive organizational development initiatives to foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address talent gaps
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable insights for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
