About Us : Were pioneering the future of digital audio content creating immersive listening experiences in a variety of Indian languages. As we expand our reach in the South Indian market we are in search of a Senior Sound Engineer who is not only adept in audio technologies but also possesses a deep understanding and comfort with South Indian languages Tamil Telugu Malayalam and Kannada. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and cultural relevance of our audio content across these regions
Fluency in Telugu and other south languages like Kannada or Malayalam is a must have
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Content Teams: Work closely with producers directors and other team members across our South Indian content teams to understand project requirements and objectives ensuring audio outputs are linguistically and culturally aligned.
Audio Production: Design soundscapes effects and music compositions that enhance the overall listening experience with a particular focus on catering to the diverse audiences of the South Indian states.
Language Proficiency: Edit dialogue and other audio elements with a keen ear for linguistic nuances ensuring highquality outputs in Tamil Telugu Malayalam and Kannada.
Technical Mastery & Innovation: Utilize the latest in audio technology including GenAI tools for editing mixing and mastering staying at the forefront of advancements in the field
Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the optimal functioning of audio equipment maintaining the highest standards of audio quality.
Requirements
Language Skills: Proficiency or comfortable working knowledge in most South Indian languages (Tamil Telugu Malayalam and Kannada) is essential.
Education & Experience: A Bachelors degree in Audio Engineering Sound Design or a related field is preferred alongside a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sound engineering.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in DAWs like Pro Tools Logic Pro or Ableton Live with a strong foundation in sound theory acoustics signal processing and a proven ability to mix and master for promotional content.
Innovation: A creative mindset with a willingness to leverage GenAI technologies aggressively for innovative audio solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple
