Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using Python and Flask.
Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between various system components.
Employ modular software development approaches for maintainable and reusable code.
DevOps Integration:
Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline software deployment and operations.
Work with tools like Docker to containerize applications ensuring consistent environments across development testing and production.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Actively participate in code reviews team meetings and collaborative sessions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing software systems.
Problem Solving:
Tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python programming.
Strong experience with Flask or similar web frameworks.
Solid understanding of REST API design and development.
Experience in modular software development practices.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools especially Docker.
Knowledge of database systems both SQL and NoSQL.
Understanding of version control systems preferably Git.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
Proven track record of developing and deploying robust software applications.
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database is a plus.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark are a plus.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
