Summary

As a Senior Software Developer on our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security and cost-effectiveness of our services using industry best practices. The Senior Software Developer will be in charge of evaluating the work processes and implementing technology solutions that meet the business s current and future needs. The ideal candidate encourages an environment that promotes customer service, excellence, innovation, collaboration and teamwork.

Tasks

• Implement constant efficiency improvement & problem-solving processes.
• Lead technical innovation and automation for the services provided to customers.
• Organize technical teams, distribute work and monitor progress, quality assurance and performance in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Work closely with product managers on planning and execution of development activities.
• Team management: hire and supervise technical specialists, issue follow-up and ownership, and balance work among team members according to skills and individual workloads.

• Technical planning and preparation: analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals and risk analysis.
• Ensure the engineers in your team have the right skills, processes and tools to deliver and release predictably against business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in technical teams in a client service capacity; SaaS, Machine Learning or similar environment/domain preferred.
• Analysis and problem solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in German and English. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and ability to work in a multicultural global environment, with tight deadlines, multi-site teams and different projects simultaneously.
• Able to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt the project to them.
