Role: Senior Scrum Master Location: Draper UT
Duration: 1 year
Onsite Requirements: Flexibility to work 5 days/week or a minimum of 23 days onsite per week
As our Senior Scrum Master youll be at the forefront of driving collaboration facilitating Scrum and Lean Framework adoption and ensuring smooth delivery. Heres what youll be doing:
What Were Looking For:

As our Senior Scrum Master youll be at the forefront of driving collaboration facilitating Scrum and Lean Framework adoption and ensuring smooth delivery. Heres what youll be doing:
- Lead the adoption of Scrum and Lean Framework.
- Participate in scaled events and crossteam planning.
- Cultivate collaboration and an experimental mindset.
- Guide feature refinement and backlog management.
- Engage stakeholders to remove impediments.
- Coach the team on Lean Agile and Scrum principles.

What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree
- 4 years applying Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in LeanAgile organizations.
- strong background in lowcode development would be strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
- Knowledge of test automation and continuous integration.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Jira Rally VersionOne.
- Certifications such as TKP PSM CSM/ACSM CSPSM SA SSM (Desirable).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
