Overview:

The Senior Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving revenue by leading the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The Senior Sales Representative will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attain sales targets
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitive activities and potential areas for growth
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Expertise in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
