Role:Senior Sales Executive

Salary:Upto 26000based upon experience OTE 12k commission

Location: Brighton & Hove

We are looking for a vivacious Senior Sales Executive who is excited to mentor and lead our sales team. Working across two boutique fitness brands you will drive productivity and engagement ensure product knowledge is second to none and motivate the team to grow our membership base. The ideal candidate will aspire to progress to a Sales Manager role within 36 months.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a simple yet strategic sales pipeline to set the team up for success.
  • Mentor coach and inspire the Sales Team to ensure sales and membership growth targets are delivered.
  • Achieve a monthly personal sales target leading by example and acting as a role model for the team
  • Lead generation and management streamlining productivity and negating unproductive tasks
  • Ensuring a retention strategy is in place for new clients before passing to the Existing Membership/ Operations team.
  • Assisting in retention strategy tasks such as member satisfaction calls and exit calls
  • Develop new sales initiatives to broaden the demographic of members and tap into different markets
  • Work closely with our Brand and Marketing Manager to drive awareness and presence of both brands launching incentives at key points in the year
  • Assign territories accordingly to your team to ensure fluidity within their sales pitch giving guidance and training where necessary
  • Hold regular workshops and roleplay sessions to educate your team on pitching and closing techniques

Requirements:

  • A proven highachieving track record in sales
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team leading from the front
  • Flexibility in working hours and a strong work ethic always willing to go the extra mile
  • Goal oriented and self motivated always looking one step ahead
  • Ability to multitask and flourish in a fastpaced environment often with changing priorities
  • Experience managing a team (preferred)
  • Experience working for a boutique fitness brand (preferred)
