We at Masai are looking for Freelance Senior Sales Consultants to partner with us!!!
What is expected from you :
Effectively understand and communicate the Masai Value Proposition to prospective hiring partners
Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
Work independently to identify potential new leads (organizations who will hire talent from us at no cost) build lists and do the initial outreach.
Convert leads to student offers
Consultant will be eligible for a pay out of as per below terms :
Per Offer from 3 to 4.99 LPA 10000 INR (only direct FTE offers)
Per Offer > 5LPA 15000 INR (including Morat offers but these are subject to offer letters coming in a particular template)
If in any month the offers are greater than or equal to 10 then additional 25% more overall payout.
*The amount payable will be subjected to deduction of upto 10% TDS
