Job Description

Role:Senior Sales Advisor
Location:Kingston

Salary:12 per hour pluscommission and bonus
Hours:1840 hours per week

The Role:

  • Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and showcase the benefits of Anytime Fitness membership.
  • Conduct facility tours highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Effectively communicate membership options pricing and promotions.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing members addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall member experience.

Enrolment Process:

  • Guide new members through the enrolment process explaining membership terms payment options and access procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of membership paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed membership targets.

Promotions and Marketing:

  • Stay informed about current promotions discounts and marketing campaigns.
  • Actively promote and upsell additional services classes or training sessions.

Member Engagement:

  • Organise and participate in member engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community.
  • Collect and address member feedback to continuously improve services.

Qualifications Required:

  • Sales and Customer Service Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate the value of Anytime Fitness membership to potential and existing members.
  • Passion for Fitness:
  • Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy lifestyle and passion for the fitness industry.
  • Team Player:
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
