Senior Residential Architect - Revit Specialist

• Create construction documentation (drawings specifications quantities) for US residential projects.
  
• Review for compliance with US regulations and codes.
  
• Provide design support to the main architect in charge of the projects.
  
• Manage the status of every project and provide followups as needed to keep active every project.
  
• Support in the construction phase to solve field issues.
  

Requirements

• Advanced Revit Architectural knowledge (3D modeling construction documentation family creation)
  
• Efficiency and fastpaced Revit usage.
  
• Knowledge of workflows using CDE (Common Data Environment).
  
• Knowledge of US construction regulations and construction codes (IRC).
  
• Experience in singlefamily Residential Construction systems in the US.
  
• Capabilities to manage multiple projects.
  
• Mindset to identify workflows and propose strategies to optimize them.

• English: B1 or superior
  

• Experience working with AutoCAD 2D
  
• Knowledge or experience with render engines and software.
  

• More than 5 years of general experience.
  
• At least 3 years working on Architectural projects using Revit as the main tool for construction documentation and coordination.
  
• At least 1 year of experience working on singlefamily residential projects in the US (design and construction phases).
