Senior Real Estate Specialist - GREEN FUTURE PROPERTIES

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities
Prepare financial models and projections for potential real estate transactions
Assist in the due diligence process including property inspections and document review
Collaborate with brokers lenders and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions
Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for clients
Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights on market conditions
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to real estate transactions

Skills:
Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
Experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven sales and customer service experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
