Senior Project Engineer Manager -DUBAI UAE

• Lead and Manage multiple Projects and Project Team.
• Ensure all deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget performing risk management to minimise any project risks.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress report and escalate to Management as necessary.
• Manage changes to project scope project schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Accountable for overseeing project management & engineering functions from conceptualization to execution including technical specifications and progress monitoring.
• Ensure that projects are completed without compromising quality and is delivered according to the project schedule.
• Engage with customers and conduct internal and external meetings as necessary.
• Manage Technical Queries during engineering fabrication and coordinate responses
• Overseeing Preparation of P & ID drawings BOM and cost estimation.
• Coordinating with various departments like Sales Design Procurement Projects Production HSE QA/ QC through out the life cycle of a project
• Manpower allocation & Prepare the request for information (RFI).
• To enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff / workmen under their responsibility
• To evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed.
• To coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works in accordance with the project specification.
