Senior Product Manager

• Reporting to CEO
  
• Craft and drive product strategy for the financial product offerings
  
• Work with the founders and executive team to capture and prioritize initiatives
  
• Work with closely with users to identify an impactful product roadmap
  
• Work with external and internal teams to define, scope, plan and manage projects related to financial product offerings
  
• Manage and facilitate all the activities of the Product Development Life Cycle
  
• Assist with the identification and documentation of customers needs and desires
  
• Act as the subject matter expert within the domain, validating that requirements meet the needs of the target consumers
  
• Assist with market definition efforts and help educate development teams and staff on learnings
  
• Facilitate and participate in product-focused customer and partner calls and meetings
  
• Attend daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other ceremonies as required
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of product experience
  
• Experience with financial applications a huge plus
  
• BA/BS degree OR equivalent work experience
  
• Experience in Agile product management frameworks
  
• Proven experience successfully defining and executing product specifications and requirements
  
• Highly effective written and verbal communication, superb critical listening skills
  
• Highly organized and able to drive results through prioritization and translation of the big picture
  
• Excellent personal time management, prioritization, and organization skills
  
• Empathy for customer and user feedback
  
• Direct work experience with a variety of software development methodologies and project management tools
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Previous experience with SaaS solutions
  
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer support
