Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

ABOUT THE JOB

As part of the Product team and reporting to the Head of Product for Commercial Offer Tribe, you will be contributing to the overall strategy of the product alongside your Design and Engineering counterparts.

The Commercial Offer tribe is at the center of CoachHub strategy as the tribe is responsible to define the core offer to meet our client needs, adapt the offer to maximize our market reach, and our renewal. The teams are defined by the impact to focus on. The first impact your team will be responsible for is to maximize the licenses usage and so our renewal.

• Optimizing the way our HR managers monitor the coachee licenses
• Help the CS managers to monitor the contract usage
• Help our Ops managers to have a clear view on the status of the coachees
• Optimizing our business model and rules

As a Senior Product Manager you will:

• Be responsible for the experience of our external and internal users
• Lead an impact team with a dedicated Product designer, Engineering manager and developers (Front & Back), with a dedicated business impact. You will be responsible for your roadmap & vision, as well as ensure the success of your team and reach impacts thanks to Discovery & Delivery processes. You will be supported by a Senior User Researcher and Product Data Analyst (shared among the teams of the tribe).
• Lead the discovery effort to help the team better understand the actual pain points and needs of our personae & find the most fitted solutions to these problems.
• Develop strong proximity with our users and stakeholders
• In partnership with a Product Designer (and our Senior User Researcher), roll out the best research methods to capture the users' problems to solve (product data analysis, users interviews )
• Discover solutions that will be valuable, usable, feasible & viable, in partnership with your Product Designer, Engineering Manager, and Engineers.
• Prepare the delivery plan with the Engineering Manager: from the user story mapping & prioritization to the detailed specifications.
• Put in place strategies to maximize the adoption of the product updates, and then the business impact.
• Prepare the Go-To market strategy to have the most impactful release
• Follow & report the KPI that you chose the most efficient to measure and improve the product
• Improve our product standards: as a (Senior) PM, you will also bring your expertise and contribute actively to improve our product practices.

• You have (4-5 years minimum) experience in a Product Manager role in a start-up / scale-up / or product-led company & preferably B2B SaaS.
