The Impact you will make :
- Work with crossfunctional teams from discovery to delivery leveraging both analytics and user interviews to come up with wellinformed creative solutions
- Collaborate with other designers to continuously improve our design processes workflows and expectations of quality
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are executed accurately consistently and with a high bar of quality
- Clearly and effectively communicate product design ideas to crossfunctional team members and senior leadership
- Develop a strong partnership with your Product Manager and collaborate with them
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders including product managers engineers and other designers in drafting & brainstorming initial concepts.
- Be an advocate for the user. Conduct primary and/or secondary research as well as quick rounds of usability tests.
- Deliver detailed design flows and specifications and ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.
- Build strong relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders to drive user focus creativity efficiency and product excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- 23 years of industry experience in designing for digital experience. Fresher profiles are also welcome.
- Qualification in design humancomputer interaction (HCI) or a related field.
- Selfstarter who is customerobsessed detailoriented and an enthusiastic team player.
- Proficient in fundamental visual & interaction design principles/
- Strong understanding and experience in using Figma.
- One must be able to confidently articulate design rationale.
- Have a deep understanding of product metrics and translate them to design goals.
Skills and Knowledge
- A very good understanding of basic design principles
- Highly skilled in interaction design. A good understanding of basic principles of interaction design and familiarity with commonly used design patterns.
- Skilled in communication and representation of complex information through effective use of information architecture and visualization.
- Experience in working with and developing design systems
- Good communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with tools for image editing vector editing and motion graphics is a plus
