About the job Are you a seasoned and passionate Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 5 Years of Personal Injury experience and eager to advocate on behalf of the injured

As a passionate Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience you will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload from start to finish. Your expertise in New York CPLR coupled with a history of successful depositions and achieving maximum values in six and sevenfigure settlements will contribute to our firms mission of providing unwavering support to those who need it most. We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction and go above and beyond then a typical injury law firm.

  • New York NY: InOffice Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications
  • 5 Years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience
  • Diligent and Responsible
  • A solid understanding of personal injury law/tort law medical terminology wrongful death and NY CPLR
  • New York State Bar membership and state license to practice law
  • Ability to manage a highvolume caseload
  • Conducted over 75 depositions
  • Trial Experience a plus
  • SmartAdvocate familiarity is a plus
  • Computer proficiency is essential
  • Superior research negotiation drafting and communication skills are highly valued
  • A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law medical terminology wrongful death civil and family law and medical malpractice is desired
  • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
  • Bachelors degree and a J.D. degree is required
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a caseload ensuring cases progress seamlessly from inception to trial
  • Conduct and take depositions with precision and thoroughness
  • Work up cases for trial
  • Settle cases efficiently
  • Diligently work files and keep clients apprised regularly
  • Leverage your knowledge of the New York CPLR and litigation to navigate cases effectively
  • Advocate passionately on behalf of the injured consistently delivering exceptional results for clients through strategic legal representation
  • Preference to candidates with experience in SmartAdvocate
