We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our awesome People team as Senior People Director and manage the daytoday operations of the team. If you are someone who is passionate about talent and working with people we would absolutely love to hear from you!

What you get to do::

As a Senior People Director at Paymentology you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday operations of our People Operations & Talent Acquisition teams including employee relations benefits planning and compliance.

In this role you will report into the Chief People & Transformation Officer and work closely with our teams to help shape and deliver engaging and rewarding experiences for candidates and team members which align with our culture and values. We make things Happen Easy and Right Together!

  • People Operations: oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the People Team including talent acquisition employee relations benefits planning and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: oversee efforts in attracting top talent to Paymentology and foster a supportive culture that encourages longterm employee engagement and growth.
  • People Management: manage and lead the people team setting goals and ensuring effective delivery of our people services to the organisation.
  • Policy Development: develop and implement People policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee Support: oversee employee support services such as training development and employee assistance and wellbeing programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: responsible for People data analysis reporting and metrics to support decisionmaking and strategy development.

Requirements :

What it takes to succeed:

  • 8 years of proven experience in People Business partnering.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a handson approach and leadbyexample work style. Your leadership skills allow you to inspire and motivate others.
  • Previous experience in leading a remote team is required.
  • Solid knowledge of stateoftheart People processes approaches and tools including talent management performance management and employee relations especially in the context of changes mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
  • You commit to continuous improvement and embrace change.
  • You have strong ability to drive change and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to lead and complete projects successfully.
  • Ideally you have previous experience within global tech startup company.

English is our company language so it is important that you are able to communicate fluently. This is a fulltime remote contractor position and we are looking for candidates in Czech Republic Lithuania Poland Slovakia Estonia and Slovenia.
