- Participate in the preparation of the operational plan and follow up the achievement of objectives.
- Participation in various urgent tasks (Task forces) to contribute to the study and improvement of any process / procedure / control officer.
- Participate with the various departments of the Bank in improving and developing the operations of the operations in line with the current trends of the Bank in the field of digital transformation, process automation and transformation towards centralization.
- Managing the preparation, organization and development of tasks and duties for departments and work centers to ensure the conduct of business, meeting work requirements, maintaining its continuity and ensuring that there is no duplication in it, and increasing effectiveness and productivity within the objectives, policies and strategies of the Bank and the best standards and practices applied globally.
