Job Description:
- Should have expert knowledge in COBOL CICS MVS JCL VSAM TSO/ISPF FileAid CAEasyTrieve Schedule tool (CA7) ControlM AbendAID JAVA J2EE EJB JavaBeans JavaScript servlets JDBC struts JSR352 Hibernateand
- Should have good understanding of Mainframe and Java technologies from development and implementation stand point
- Should be able to understand the requirement better and come up with design and suitable prototypes
- Knowledge in BFS domain and Application Modernization is preferred.
- Should have good communication Precise verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of customer support best practices and familiarity with customer support success metrics

- 6 years

- Partners with senior developers and application architects to identify business need and appropriate technical solutions.
- Responsible for coding as well as assisting with designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications
- Participates in 7x24 oncall system support on shift basis.
