Leasing Consultant Senior Independent Living

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process and enhance resident experiences
  
• Execute local marketing strategies and advertising programs
  
• Coordinate property viewings and maintain the contact management database
  
• Conduct comprehensive community and unit tours for prospects and families
  
• Maintain and organize the CRM database on a daily basis
  
• Ensure model and vacant units are ready for prospect viewing
  
• Conduct open houses and individual showings for rental listings
  
• Coordinate lease applications while ensuring compliance requirements
  
• Organize resident files and oversee movein procedures
  
• Collaborate across departments to achieve company standards and goals
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff residents and families to boost satisfaction and occupancy rates
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in leasing or marketing within Senior Living Communities or similar housing environments
  
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in business marketing or related fields
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
  
• Experience with RESMAN YARDI ONSITE preferred
  
• Ability to interpret and present businessrelated information effectively
  
• Basic math skills for calculations
