Configuration/Monitoring of IVR applications and troubleshooting AAEP
Design and Development of supporting applications for IVR, CTI (Avaya Interaction Center 7.3.x), Avaya CMS etc
Exposure to AIC (Avaya Interaction Center 7.3.x) native SDKs
Design and development of database for IVR applications
Liaise with diverse teams in IT and business throughout solution discovery and design
Support to business team, on site/on call during application testing and issue resolution
Prepare functional and technical spec. documentation
Adhere to Project Lifecycle complying to policies and procedures ensuring quality software delivery to business/stakeholders Domain exposure Banking, Government, Telecom, Airlines, Hospitality
