JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR FRONTEND DEVELOPER (WEBSITE)
Your Responsibilities as a Senior FrontEnd Developer (Website):
Onboarding: Quickly adapt to our company culture and methodologies getting up to speed with our team and technology stack.
Collaborate with UX Designers: Work closely with UX designers to understand and implement design elements ensuring the user interface is intuitive and visually appealing.
UI Development: Develop and implement the user interface for web applications ensuring that UI components are responsive efficient and maintainable.
Website Optimization: Optimize website speed and performance aligning with design and functional specifications.
SEO and Marketing Tool Integration: Implement SEO best practices and integrate various marketing tools to enhance the website s reach and effectiveness.
Technical DecisionMaking: Participate in deciding the technology framework and flow ensuring the tech stack is robust and suitable for project requirements.
CTA Integration: Strategically integrate CalltoAction elements within the UI to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
Deployment and Documentation: Oversee the deployment of UI components and maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes code and user guides.
Qualifications as a Senior FrontEnd Developer (Website):
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience in UI development with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and modern UI frameworks/libraries (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
Understanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
Knowledge of SEO principles and integrating marketing tools within a website.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Having eCommerce or Digital Commerce experience is a bonus.

This person in this role will report to the Director of Engineering.
