Senior Facility Manager

• Lead and implement all environmental programs and initiatives as well as audits;
  
• Develop financial plans and specific goals for cost control/reduction and ensure that these goals are met or exceeded;
  
• Manages a team consisting of Facility Managers HVAC Technicians mechanics and helpers;
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility team leaders driving the operational and strategic goals;
  
• Develop prepare and explain the annual facility budget quarterly forecasts and business plans;
  
• Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across the portfolio to balance coverage and performance needs with the delivery of service excellence;
  
• Drives a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills;
  
• Ensure SLAs & KPIs are achieved and aligned with contractual agreements
  
• Establishes and maintains effective communications with our customers tenants and subcontractors.
  

Requirements

• 1st degree in Electrical Engineering
  
• 1012 years experience Facility Management
  
• Experience managing an Agrade Commercial property.
  
• COREN IFMA certification
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Looks professional and presentable.
  
• Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
  
• Sociable and confidential
  
• Excellent relationship management skills
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  
• Ability to engage c suite stakeholders.
  
• Experience managing multitenanted commercial buildings is crucial (high rise).
