Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive in the R&D department. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulation design development and evaluation of personal care products. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing expertise in cosmetic formulations to develop new products and designs incorporating innovative technologies and staying abreast of market trends.
- Analyzing personal care products and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Leading the entire R&D formulation process from initial design to product technology transfer to the manufacturing unit.
- Managing communication with raw material suppliers and ensuring a strong grasp of raw materials involved in formulation.
- Working independently and driving innovative projects to align with market demands.
- Ensuring compliance with GMPs SOPs and all regulatory documentation protocols.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams and demonstrating strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
- Overseeing quality control and quality assurance parameters of products.
- Conducting systematic planning for multiple projects and meeting project deadlines.
- Being an expert in sensory evaluation of personal care products.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good computer proficiency.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate should have expertise in the following areas:
- Formulation development and cosmetic technologies.
- Raw material selection and supplier communication.
- Working independently and driving innovative projects.
- Knowledge of GMPs SOPs and regulatory documentation protocols.
