01. Manage and assure customer product quality
02. Review specification (product / corporate) / contract / quality
agreement / quality manual of customer / suppliers
03. Review and drive the overall performance of specification review
04. Handle and monitor the progress of Initial Sampling Plan APQP
PPAP
05. Initiate the review of PFMEA Control Plan Risk Assessment
Standard Operating Procedures Work Instruction and Forms
06. Manage customer complaints including defect verification root cause
analysis Corrective Action Preventive Action disposition (RMA) and
payment
07. Review and drive the overall performance of customer complaint
performance
08. Visit customer site for defect or process verification
09. Organize customer visits and generate visit report
10. Decide disposition of nonconforming product during Material
Review Board
11. Manage Process Change Management (PCN) and waiver
(Engineering Waiver Exceptional Approval Form)
12. Manage and review customer performance ratings
13. Prepare Quality Business Review report for key customer accounts
14. Review and drive the overall performance of improvement plans
projects and technology roadmaps
15. Provide technical support to customers
16. Conduct internal process and system audit
17. Lead and organize customer audit (product / process / system)
18. Lead and organize ISO audit and internal audit program
19. Lead Quality Management Review meeting
20. Conduct ISO / quality topic training plant wide
21. Handle customer QMS query and Self Audit Checklist
22. Attend to Customer Technical Query (RoHS REACH Technical
Data MSDS ) resolution
23. Review Supplier ICP Test Report MSDS RoHS REACH Warranty
Letter and other banned substances related communication and
technical information
24. Conduct supplier qualification and evaluation
25. Manage and report suppliers quality performance
26. Lead and organize supplier meeting / visit
27. Manage supplier claims including claim raising sample sending 8D
review disposition and payment
28. Submit monthly reports (Customer Quality / Supplier Quality /
Quality System / Specification Review)
29. Implement and upkeep Safety & 5S within the Quality Department
30. Support/ Backup function to the peers and superior in his/ her absence
31. Support any ad hoc or special assignment by the immediate superior /
Head of Department
